Alex - Manager, Customer Support and all round busy body!
Alex is the one who created HostSphere. With his drive for excellent customer service and ensuring the customer gets a great deal... you'll find he's always on hand! Alex regularly manages the support tickets, forums, blogs... etc... and he's always available to lend a hand with any tricky problems or questions you might have! You'll also find he's the main phone operator too... hence why sometime's it might divert to his mobile (don't worry we cover the cost of the mobile call!!)
We're not entirely sure how he manages to do it, but you'll find him working all hours of the day and night! Alongside HostSphere, Alex also runs AlexsDesign and is also a DJ too! How cool is that!?

Claire - Customer Support
Princess Claire (She makes us call her that!!), is always there to help you whenever you need her! Claire is one of the lucky ones and works from home, which means she's always calm and relaxed! And it shows in her work! She's got fantastic customer service skills and as she's not in a stuffy office feeling "blurghhhh" her friendly and relaxed manner is a hit with our customers! Unfortunately Claire is a little bit phone shy, so we can't get her on the phone lines just yet but you never know... one day :)
Claire has worked for some of the larger hosting companies in the part but came to us after seeing how friendly, relaxed and FUN we are! You'll find Claire on the forums and, soon, on the blogs/news feeds too!

Adam - Customer Support
Adam joined HostSphere back in October 2010 and has gone from strength to strength. When he joined us, he was studying IT and Computer Sciences at the local University. Through his studying and continued learning with us, he's a fantastic member of the support team. His passion for customer service is second to none and he'll gladly assist and guide you through any problems you may encounter.
Adam recently became our chief "resources" finder... and will be posting regular updates in the forum and blog! Keep checking back for more freebie's he might find!.
